I stumbled upon this piece of news on Yahoo News! and found it amusing. Read here. 

Why? Because it took DBKL (KL City Hall)

 4 years to take action and issued a summon to the owner(s). That is some bureaucracy!

The owner said she's been operating since 2006 in Selayang. OK.. fine... its not under DBKL jurisdiction. But The Malay Mail reporting team reported that the AK-47 Nasi Kandar Restaurant at Jalan Sultan Ismail (yes! its under DBKL now) has been operating since 2009! 

4 years and only now DBKL??? It was reported that Kuala Lumpur Mayor DAtuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Talib said, 

“... the signboard was “clearly illegal”. It is offensive, insensitive and wrong. You cannot put up a signboard at an eatery with a picture of a rifle as it is not allowed and not part of our guidelines. The owners will definitely have to take it down."

So Mr. Mayor, what's the guidelines and why was it approved in the first place?

I wonder what the Registrar of Companies (ROC) has to say about the name as well. Perhaps it was registered under a different company.

Yeah... that's the names my girls gave to these beautiful family of kitties found abandoned at opah's place ie. Mami (Mom), Fluffy (so cute d fluffy fur!) & Bel (for Belang... hehehe)

Having "Friskies" for breakfast

They were so cute and cheeky that we decided to feed them with meals whenever we go there. The result was so obvious. Whenever they saw us coming, they would "meow" and come to us. That must be a "hungry meow".

All done in less than 5 minutes

At present, they are being look after by the security guards at the sentry post where we first found them. Hopefully, some good Samaritan will adopt and take good care of them soon.

Golf is always a fun game. It teaches one to be patience and appreciate nature ie. God's creations. If one play it well mentally, it sure gonna be a fun day. 

However, golfers are always wary of their golfing attire. They always hope they will not wear the same colors as the caddies. Especially when they are playing at a new course they haven't played before.

Unfortunately, shit happens sometimes...

Its Just Not Right!

I just don't understand why this is happening. How can the school administration be so inhumane to let this happen. Read here.

It's just not right. Period! What is wrong with having the schoolchildren have their meal during breaks at the school canteen? Instead, they took all the trouble to put up chairs and table in the changing room and let the kids eat their meals in the presence of toilet smell.

So what if it's Ramadhan? Having the school canteen closed and cordoned off during Ramadhan does not mean that the kids cannot have their meals at a decent place.

352 is somehow a significant number. WAL 352... WRW 352... They both represent vehicle number driven by abah. 

The legendary WAL 352 brings lots of memories for me growing up in becoming a man. 

The historic WRW 352, on the other hand, brings sad memories to me and my family as it was abah's "last known address". He died doing what he loves... driving.

Counting... 

He didn't get to witness the 100K milestone of the car... :(

Why la...???

I just couldn't comprehend why there are still people who disregard others for their own selfishness. 

 

Why can't you just park your vehicle at the empty parking bay? If you do not want to park there, then move aside. Let others park there. It's so inconsiderate of them!

Another sickening behaviour is cleanliness. Look at the public toilet around us. Hardly any that is clean and not smelly till you want to puke. 

 

How can they not maintain and ensure that it's clean, smells good and usable by the public? 

Emmm... dono wat to say lor.... :( 

Mydin oh Mydin!

A cockroach having a field day roaming around at the packet food shelve at Mydin Store, Danau Kota?

Yeah... its true! Here are some pictures I took when I was there recently. Its amazing how they can away with this. I can't imagine where will the cockroach go next. Perhaps to the open food area and contaminate the food there.
