I believed I've posted this issue before. But I kinda like the creative aspects of this. I think the local authority should encourage the creativity of these young people. Engage them into wall painting the city. Instead of the Ah Longs, the Astro's installers, the "Obat Kuat" advertising their services illegally on these empty spaces... Lets get these youth to express their creative minds on these walls. Let their creativity flow. There should of coz be the do's and dont's. You set the guidelines. But it must not be political. It must not be racial. It must not be religion. Coz all these creates issues in this multiracial abd religions country called Malaysia.
